Ingredients
- Spoon of Vegan Quinoa Shake Detox-15g
- 1 ripe Kiwi
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- ¼ Avocado
- 1½ cups of coconut water
Preparation
Peel the kiwi and wash the spinach. Split the avocado, remove the bone and peel it.
Pour the water into the blender , add the spinach and chia seeds. Blend the mix a few seconds and add the kiwi and avocado and blend again for a few more seconds until the mixture is fine-textured.
Add Vegan Quinoa Shake Detox, mix it well and enjoy it.
Toppings: Ground chia seeds, raspberries, blackberries or avocado.
