Ingredients

  • ½ banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 250ml of vegetable drink, milk or coconut water (to taste).

Preparation

The preparation is very simple, you just have to add all the ingredients to a glass blender and beat vigorously for 20 seconds so you can enjoy a delicious smoothie before training.
